Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer at least one free trial class for every new student to get to know our teaching style and the teacher’s level before committing to any package or subscription. No payment information or credit card is required to book the trial class.

In certain cases, based on our team’s assessment of the student’s needs, the trial period may be extended to more than one class with no financial obligation. The trial class is not eligible for a cash refund, as it is already provided free of charge, and it is not considered part of any paid package or subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation & Refund

Parents/guardians and students may cancel a monthly recurring subscription at any time. Once a cancellation request is submitted, the subscription is stopped immediately, and the amount corresponding to the remaining unused classes in the current month is refunded (partial, prorated refund). The subscription will not automatically renew after cancellation is processed.

Refunds are returned according to the original payment method used at the time of subscription, and the time it takes to appear may vary depending on the payment provider.

3. Package Refund (Pre-Paid Class Packages)

When purchasing a pre-paid class package (such as an 8 or 16-class package), the parent/guardian or student may request cancellation and a refund at any time before all classes are used. The refund is calculated as follows:

• Classes already attended are re-valued at the regular, individual class price — not the discounted package price.
• The total value of these classes (at the individual price) is deducted from the total amount paid for the package.
• The remaining balance is refunded to the parent/guardian or student.

Refunds are returned according to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Special Cases

Teacher Absence or Class Cancellation

If a teacher is absent or cancels a class without sufficient prior notice, the Academy is committed to rescheduling the class at an alternative time convenient for the student, at no additional cost. If the alternative time is not suitable for the parent/guardian or student, they have the right to request a refund for the value of that class instead of rescheduling.

Student Absence

If a student wishes to reschedule a class, the Academy must be notified at least one hour before the scheduled class time. In this case, the class will be moved to an alternative time with no deduction. If the student does not attend without prior notice, or gives notice less than one hour before the class time, the class is counted as completed and deducted from the student’s balance, with no compensation or refund.
