• Payment information: processed securely through our third-party payment providers. The Academy does not store your full card details on its own servers.
• Automatic technical data: such as IP address, device type, and browser information, collected through cookies when you visit the website.

Where This Data Comes From

• The registration/enrollment form on our website.
• Our payment providers (PayPal and Stripe), at the time of processing payment.
• Website analytics tools (Google Analytics), which help us understand how visitors use our website.

Your data is stored on our website’s servers, hosted through our hosting provider. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure HTTPS connections and restricted access to our systems, so that your and your child’s data stays as safe as possible.

3. Children’s Privacy

Quran Book Academy is a family-oriented platform, and we take special care when it comes to the privacy of children under 18.

• For any student under 13 years old, the parent/guardian is fully responsible for registration and for entering the student’s information. Children do not create or manage their own accounts.
• Students between 13 and 18 may register with the explicit consent of their parent/guardian.
• During live classes, the child may use the platform directly, but always under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

Class Recordings

Classes are only recorded (video or audio) with the prior consent of the parent/guardian. These recordings are used solely for internal quality assurance and educational follow-up purposes.

Recordings are never shared, published, or used for any marketing purpose without a separate, explicit consent from the parent/guardian. Recordings are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill this purpose, then securely deleted.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small files stored on your device — to help the site function properly and to understand how it is used.
