Refundable Fees Policy

Fees are an essential aspect of our commitment to customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and it is our policy to provide refunds for eligible fees whenever possible. Our aim is to ensure a fair and transparent process that benefits both our customers and our business. By offering refundable fees, we strive to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clients.

To request a refund:

1-If the student leaves the course before the start date. The Student will receive a full refund (100%) of the payment.
2-If the student drops out after the first week, 75% of the tuition will be reimbursed.
3-If students drop out of classes in the middle of the month, they will receive 50% credit.

4-If the student drops out after the third week, 25% of the tuition will be reimbursed.

How Do I File a Request for a Course Cancellation?

You can file a request for a course cancellation by following these simple steps:

1-All refund claims must be submitted by WhatsApp or email to customer service.

 2-Requests must include the student's full name as well as the course title.


3-All refunds must be issued within 10 days of the student's written notification.

All students are subject to these terms and conditions without exception.
